Your tier is based on your total spending over the last 365 days. When you create an account on AndersonsLawn.com or in the mobile app, you will automatically be enrolled in the Turf Trainee tier. To move up to Grass Guru, you will need to spend at least $1,000. To move into Lawn Legend, you will need to spend at least $2,000. Tiers are calculated from amount spent in the last 365 days.

You earn points every time you shop:

• 1 point per $1 spent as a Turf Trainee
• 2 points per $1 spent as a Grass Guru
• 3 points per $1 spent as a Lawn Legend

Points are awarded for purchases made through AndersonsLawn.com and The Andersons Lawn app. Points are earned on qualifying purchases based on order subtotal after discounts. Taxes are not eligible to earn points. Subtotal is rounded down to the nearest $1.00 for points calculation.

Points are non-transferable and cannot be gifted or shared.

Yes, points expire 365 days after they are earned. When you use your points to claim rewards, your oldest points are used first. Points will not be added back to your account if you do not use a claimed reward before it expires.

Points can be redeemed for discounts on future one-time purchases:

• $10 off
• $50 off
• $100 off

To claim a reward sign-in at AndersonsLawn.com/account/login, go to the Rewards page and click “Redeem Points”. Click on the Redeem button for the rewards you wish to redeem. Copy the code and paste into the “discount code” box at checkout.

You will also be able to view all redeemed rewards in the Rewards History section on the Rewards page.

No. Your rewards will not be automatically applied to your next order. You must apply your rewards at checkout.

At checkout, insert the discount code associated with your reward.

Rewards you've claimed in your account are valid for 365 days from the date and time you claimed it.

Only one reward can be used for an online or mobile app order at a time.

You can view your points balance, current tier, and available rewards on the Rewards Page after logging into your account. Select Rewards History to view acquired points and redeemed rewards.

When you refer a friend to Andersons Lawn, they get $10 off their first purchase and you get $10 off your next order after they buy. Log into your Andersons Lawn account and visit the Referral section to copy your unique link and start sharing. Your referral must be a first-time customer and use your unique link at checkout. You’ll receive your $10 reward after your friend’s order is successfully completed. We’ll notify you by email when it’s ready to use. There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer. Your email, billing address, or shipping address cannot be the same as your friend.

If you return an item, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
