Apply Alone

Fall Fix 5-5-5 can be applied as an organic fertilizer application in your existing lawn care regimen. It can be applied any time turf is actively growing. With the combination of quick- and slow-release nitrogen, this formula will feed for up to 6 weeks. For best results, reapply every 4-6 weeks.

Pro Tips for Best Results

Check The Forecast

Avoid applying before heavy rainfall so particles don't get washed away.

Mow First

Clear any lawn debris and make it easier for particles to reach the soil.

Clean Up

Sweep or blow product off the driveways/sidewalks back into the lawn.

Water Deep

Your lawn will need at least 0.2 inches of water.

Don't Bag It

Leave lawn clippings for at least one mowing to avoid particle pick-up.

Spreader Settings

We recommend using a broadcast spreader. These spreader settings are a guide. Many variables such as walking speed, terrain, particle size, density, and spreader condition can affect these settings. Be sure to calibrate your spreader before every application.

DOC recommended your product and he right, great s

"I found out about Anderson's from "DOC" with the how to with Doc guy. I highly recommend your products, I started using it 4 years ago in Texas I've used most of them. I used the Humachar, the PFG complete, the pre emergence I've used 7 or 8 different products from Anderson's the last product I had ordered the DGL. I had a problem with FedEx delivering it to me. And I contacted Anderson, and a person named Christian was terrific in helping me out through it, and it wasn't anderson's fault at all. It's the Unreliable FedEx delivery service that they use. So I recommend their product , but I do not recommend Fed Ex"

Great Packaging And Wonderfull Smelling Fertilizer

"The labeling is not as colorful as some, but the bag is very study and includes a locking top to seal the bag in case you do not use it all at once. The Fertilizer looks great and smells better."

Good performance

"I applied this product and performance has been satisfactory, I did not see immediately results, however, over the time see improvement in my lawn, getting greener, spreading and healthy, I'm not quiet sure if this product is overpriced, for sure you get quality, need to try other organic fertilizer and compare performance to justify price, overall very satisfied."

Q&A

Based on my Soil Sample. How many lbs. of 5-5-5 do I need to put onto my 9,500 square foot lawn? Also, how many lbs. of Lime do I need to apply to my 9,500 square foot lawn? Thanks, John: Hi John,Please send us your soil test results, or your soil test barcode (starts with "AN" followed by 5 numbers) and we can help with providing recommendations. Thanks,The Andersons Home & Garden Customer Service Team
When is it recommended to put the fertilizer: before or after pre-emergent?: The order of pre-emergent and fertilizer application does not matter. It is important that a pre-emergent application in the fall is being applied when soil temperatures are 55 degrees. Fall Fix can be applied anytime between August and October (30 days from previous fertilizer application).
