Green-Up with Super Juice

It’s not magic, it's just a simple blend of all the nutrients your lawn needs in a dry mix/spray supplement. This allows you to treat every blade of grass with a mild dosage of nutrients. Because Super Juice is applied as a spray, many of the nutrients will start to be absorbed into the grass via foliar uptake in as little as 1-4 hours.

Spoon Feeding

Super Juice is designed to be used as a supplement to your current fertilizer program. Golf courses have used liquid supplemental fertilizers for decades in a method called spoon feeding. This is especially helpful when fast results are needed, such as during the spring months.

How Often to Apply

Application timing varies with the season and the weather. In the spring, you can push your lawn, with applications every 2-3 weeks. During the summer, applications should be spaced out to every four weeks. In the fall, applications can range anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

When to Apply

The only thing you don't want to have happen is to spray your lawn in the dead of summer and then have burning hot sun beat down on it all day along. That’s true with just about any type of treatment. We typically recommend early-evening treatments when applying in the heat of the summer followed by light irrigation the next morning. In the spring and fall, this usually is not a concern. Having the liquid stay moist also helps absorption via foliar absorption, so early evening applications may see better results.

Mixing/Strength Amounts

The amount of water used is not as important as how much of the fertilizer is actually getting to the ground. One cup of Super Juice dry mix will treat up to 3000 sq ft in the 7-1-2 ratio. At the stronger 14-2-4 ratio, that same one cup will cover up to 1500 sq ft. At the 7-1-2 ratio, each bag of Super Juice provides coverage for up to two acres.

We recommend using more water than less. When you use more water, you can slow down the spraying process and your walk rate, and really soak the grass and soil. This way you’ll not only have foliage covered, but some of the nutrients will actually reach the soil and upper roots. This is also a good rule to keep in mind during hot periods. Using more water and slowing down your walk rate while spraying puts down a less concentrated liquid, even though the same amount of dry mix is being applied to the same square footage.

Example

For a 12,000 sq ft lawn, add four cups of dry mix to a bucket, then add your water. Because you've mixed-in four cups (enough to provide coverage for 12,000 sq ft), it does not matter if you add one gallon of water or five gallons of water, as long as all of the mixed liquid is applied to the 12,000 square feet.

Since Super Juice is applied as a spray, it is not recommended to additionally water-in this product after application. You can resume your normal watering schedule 24 hours after application.

Rock Solid

"I cannot deny that Super Juice makes my lawn super green. One bag lasted a long time. Sadly, I will not re-order again because my last bag, even after storing in various ziplock bags, became rock solid. Living in Texas we always need help with maintaining our lawn’s color and Super Juice was great. For a while I just broke off pieces as best as I could but it became too much work. "Instead of arriving in granular form, the SUPER JUICE arrived as a large brick. Wasn't able to break it up at all. Returned it. The replacement bag of SUPER JUICE arrived the same, as a large brick. Very disappointing!!!!!"

Hardened Super Juice

"Worked as stated. Hardened after sitting in shed sealed and in sealed plastic bin. Was able to break into pieces. Dropped chunk in warm water dissolved fine. "I live in GA just like doc. I had the same result. Sealed the bag at the end of season last year. Bag was kept in my garage. Took if out today and it is rock hard. Very disappointing. Not everybody will use the entire bag in a season. This will make me lean towards liquid products."

"I bought Super Juice last year, used it all summer and fall, it works really well for that boost of nutrients to heat stressed lawn. I live in the southwest, mostly sunny and temps reaching over 110⁰F more than 30 consecutive days. So this spring I go into my shed where i keep my lawn tools and chemicals, and found the bag of Super Juice had turned solid!! Its more like a hard taffy consistency, is this supposed to happend? I closed the bag tightly last time i used it. My shed is dry no leaks, and humidity here in El Paso, TX is very low throughout the winter."

"I did a late season scalp but did not get the rain they forecast. The yard recovery was not going good at all. So I purchased The Super Juice and applied half the bag for 12000 sq. ft.
