When to Apply EcoFusion Plus

EcoFusion Plus is safe for use on all turf types and can be used any time during the growing season. For best results, reapply every 4-6 weeks.

This formula contains 5% iron for extra-deep greening. Sweep any product on driveways and sidewalks back onto your lawn as this product will stain. DO NOT WASH OFF WITH WATER.

I live in the Chicago area. When can I begin my first application?: Fertilizer can be applied when the grass starts growing. For your location that is typically late March.
I am considering using this fertilizer as my final fall application. My soil test shows high P and K but low zinc and copper. Is this fertilizer a good option? I also overseeded the lawn last week. When could I apply this without harming the new grass?: If you are high in P and K, you should avoid applying more of those nutrients. In this case, we recommend a fertilizer with zero P or K, such as DGL 25-0-0 or Pure Nitrogen 32-0-0. Fertilizer can be applied during/after overseeding.
