Apply Lawn Alive in the evening at sunset. The cooling temps will prevent the spray from rapidly drying.
When your grass is actively growing, in the Spring, use the green 20:1 spray bottle for a heavy application. A heavy application will cover up to 2,000 sq ft.
In the Summer, use the yellow 60:1 spray bottle for a light application. A light application will cover up to 6,000 sq. ft.
For spray tanks, mix one cup of Lawn Alive with one gallon of water and apply at the rate of one gallon of mix per 1,000 sq ft. Run irrigation early the next morning before sunrise.
Lawn Alive can be applied as frequent as once a week, and is great for spoon feeding applications in between your lawn's current fertilizer applications.
Applying in Gardens
Mix Lawn Alive in the same procedure as for lawns. However, apply Lawn Alive to the GROUND surrounding the plants, not to the foliage. Water in soon after application.
Using in Compost Piles
Organic matter within compost piles need nutrients to decompose at a faster rate. Flatten out piles, spray with mixtures shown above, then re-pile. Allow to rest for at least 3 days then the compost may be used in any garden. The addition of Dirt Booster™ Plus is strongly recommended.
