Small Particle Size

Standard consumer fertilizer granules are 60% bigger than the size of PGF Complete granules. The pros prefer formulas with smaller particles because it provides more complete and uniform coverage, which boosts the product’s effectiveness.

When to Apply PGF Complete

PGF Complete can be applied to all turf types any time it is actively growing. It contains quick-release nitrogen so it is especially beneficial to apply it in the spring and fall or before an event when you want a quick green-up. PGF Complete feeds for up to 8 weeks and can be reapplied at 6-8 week intervals.

PRO TIPS

 • For summer applications on cool-season grasses, apply at the low rate
 • When applying on centipede lawns, apply at the low rate
 • Apply to dry foliage

Yes, you can apply them one after the other and then water them in together.

Once the products have been watered-in (refer to each label for its watering requirements) and the lawn has then completely dried, pets are safe to enter back out onto the lawn.

Yes, PGF Complete can be applied to both new and established lawns.

When applying synthetic fertilizers in high temps, there is always some the risk of burning the lawn. Do not apply to lawns that are already stressed from heat or drought. To reduce your risk of fertilizer burn, keep your lawn on a consistent watering schedule and water fertilizer applications in thoroughly. You can also apply at a lower rate to help reduce the risk of burn.

Quick Shipping and Great Performance

"My brother and I both started using this fertilizer and have been impressed with it's performance. Even with a tough summer, the lawn looks way better and greener than the neighbor's lawn and their "professional" lawncare company. I plan to continue using Anderson's for the next several years at least."

PGF Complete has become my

"PGF Complete has become my go-to fertilizer and it's not hard to see why. I put this down on my Bermuda lawn and the response was noticeable — deeper green color, thicker growth, and the turf just looked healthier overall. What sets it apart from big-box store fertilizers is the combination of macro and micronutrients plus humic acid all in one bag. You're not just feeding the grass, you're feeding the soil. The granule size is consistent and spreads evenly through a rotary spreader with no issues. No strong chemical smell, no burning even in summer heat when I followed the recommended rate. I've tried plenty of fertilizers over the years and most of them are either overpriced for what you get or missing key micros. PGF Complete actually delivers a well-rounded feed without needing to stack a bunch of separate products. If you're serious about your lawn and want professional-level results without overcomplicating your program, this is it. Worth every penny."

Q&A

Does this product help with any control such as crabgrass, clover, and other typical weeds of the north east
PGF Complete is a fertilizer product that will provide nutrition to your turf grass. It does not contain any herbicide that will help control existing weeds in your lawn.
I put down the PFG Complete 2 weeks ago on my St Augustine grass in South Florida at a low rate. We have had daily heavy rain since I put it down. The grass has not shown any new growth or color change. How do I know that the product is working on the grass? When should I put down an additional fall fertilizer if this one was washed out of the soil by all the rains? Thank you.
Thanks for reaching out! Typically, you should wait 6-8 weeks to apply another fertilizer after applying PGF Complete. But, since you have had a substantial amount of rain and temperatures are starting to cool, you may apply a fall fertilizer 3-4 weeks from when you applied the PGF Complete.
Is it advisable to apply this fertilizer in August?. I live in GA and it can get hot and humid in summer.
Yes, however, we do not recommend applying fertilizer in temperatures above 85 degrees.
I'm considering your subscription option of receiving a product every 12 months and if I place the order now would the first shipment be sent immediately?
Yes, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
How do I know when I have watered in .2 inches?
A good way of testing how much water you used with your irrigation system/sprinkler is by setting a tuna can in the lawn while you are watering. The tuna can easily allows you to see how much water the lawn is getting.
