Soil Test Results

"I always used PGF Complete on Bermuda sod. The results from a soil test showed low nitrogen, recommending 25-0-0. My area is about 7500 sqft, so one bag of Pure Nitrogen gives me a light coat. It greened up quickly and grows great. One problem with high nitrogen, dog urine burns the grass, so we try to water in the spots."

Q&A

Can I use this in my vegetable garden?, and my citrus trees?: PureNitrogen is not organic. Therefore, we do not recommend applying it to food-bearing plants although it will not harm them.

Hi,I just purchased pure Nitrogen 32-0-0 to help lawn, I also have Red Thread showing I have Prophesy to apply. I watch the video from Kurt Lawn Rescue | Disease and Fungus Recovery, shows I can do both water in the nitrogen then add Prophesy. On the Prophesy direction it says not to water for 48 hrs is this true when I do both application.I will mow the lawn first before i do the application.Thank you,Joe: You should apply the Pure Nitrogen, water it in, and then apply the Prophesy. Since red thread is a foliar disease, Prophesy should be applied to the lawn while it is wet and then not watered-in for at least 24-48 hours.
