When To Apply

Q4® Plus Turf Herbicide should be applied when weeds are young, actively growing, and easy to control. Ideal application times are during spring and early summer when crabgrass, yellow nutsedge, and other broadleaf weeds begin to emerge. Avoid applying during drought stress or extreme heat, as this can reduce effectiveness and risk turf injury. Always check the weather forecast to ensure there’s no rain expected for at least 24 hours after application for best results.

PRO TIPS

  • Apply to dry turf: Make sure grass is dry before spraying to help the product stick and absorb evenly.
  • Avoid seeding after application: Wait at least one week after application before reseeding or overseeding.
